Why cadence is the price

Every re-scan is 288 real engine calls that cost us real money, so a weekly customer costs about four times a monthly one. Pricing the frequency instead of the feature list is the only way that stays honest in both directions — you never pay for a tier that withholds something, and we never quietly subsidise one customer with another.

Which one to pick

Monthly, unless someone is actively working on your listings and content. Scores move when something changes — schema goes up, reviews come in, a rival gets cited. Checking weekly while nothing is being changed mostly buys you noise. Start monthly and move up when the work starts.

The three things a tool like this usually doesn’t tell you.

No guarantee
We cannot make an AI recommend you — and neither can anyone else.

Be sceptical of any tool that says otherwise. Nobody controls what these engines say. We show you what they say today, who they say instead, and what to change — the way a rank tracker shows the gap without promising position one.

If we get it wrong
A short or broken report is re-run or refunded.

We keep the raw engine answers behind every score, so we can show you the exact sentences your report was built from. If it failed to generate, or ran on fewer engines than we stated, tell us and you get it again or you get your money back.

What we measure
Each provider’s own grounded search. Not their consumer app.

We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude through their own APIs with native search — not a third-party search layer wearing their name. It is the most reproducible measurement available and close to what a person sees. It is not identical: apps personalise and features roll out unevenly. Competitors tend not to mention this.

Questions

Do you guarantee I will get recommended?

No, and be sceptical of anyone who does. Nobody controls what an AI engine says. We show you exactly what the engines see today and what to fix — the way a rank tracker shows SEO gaps without promising position one.

Why does the score change between runs?

Because the engines do. Ask the same question twice and you can get two different lists. That is why the full report asks each question 1 times and tells you how many runs named you, instead of pretending one answer is the answer — and it is the entire reason Watch exists.

What if the report is wrong?

Tell us. We keep the raw engine answers behind every score, so we can show you the exact sentences your report was built from. If it failed to generate or ran with fewer engines than stated, we re-run it or refund it.

Are you scraping ChatGPT?

No. We ask each provider through its own API, with that provider's own grounded search turned on. It means we measure the model rather than the consumer app, and we would rather say so than imply a reach we do not have.

What you get
What does the full report add over the free scan?

The free scan asks 5 questions once each, across 4 engines — enough to see whether you are absent, not enough to be sure. The report asks 3 questions 1 times each across 4, and adds the verbatim answers, the sources each engine leaned on, who gets named instead of you, and the ranked fix list.

Which engines do you ask?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. If an engine is not configured on the day your audit runs, it is not drawn as a miss — it is not drawn at all, and the report says how many actually answered.

What is the impact number on each fix?

Your score, recomputed under today's measurements as if that one gap were closed. It is arithmetic on data we already hold, not a forecast — and we do not inflate it. Some fixes are worth more in reality than the number admits.

How long does it take?

A free scan runs while you watch it, usually under three minutes. A full report is a larger job and runs in the background — we email you when it is ready, and it is waiting in your dashboard.

Can I keep a copy?

Yes. The report is laid out as a paginated sheet, so your browser can save the whole thing as a PDF. Agencies can put their own logo on it first.

Paying
Do I have to subscribe?

No. Buy the report and stop there if the picture is all you needed — it is a one-time purchase at $99 and it stays yours. Watch exists because engines drift between runs, not because we wanted a recurring line item.

How do I cancel Watch?

In your dashboard, under Movement, using Manage billing. It stops at the end of the period you have already paid for, we do not ask why, and you keep every report already produced. If you cannot reach that page, email us and we will do it for you.

Who takes the payment?

Dodo Payments, as merchant of record, which is what lets us sell across borders with sales tax and VAT handled properly. Your card details never reach us.

Fit, and your data
Does this work for my kind of business?

If Google has a listing for you, yes. Your category comes from that listing and the questions are generated from it — salon, vet, accountant, gym, florist, law firm, restaurant, trades, anything. There is no industry waiting list. If Google has your category wrong, you can correct it and the questions change with it.

Do I need a website?

Not to be scanned. But part of the score measures what your own site says and whether AI crawlers can read it, so without one those points are not available to you — and the report will say so rather than quietly marking you down.

Do you need access to my Google Business Profile?

No. We read the same public listing anyone else can see. You never hand over a login, and we never post or change anything on your behalf.

What do you do with my data?

Run your audit and nothing else. We do not sell it or build advertising profiles. The engine answers are about your market rather than about you, so they are shared across every business audited in the same city and trade — which is what keeps this affordable.

See your score before you pay anything.
