Who runs this service

Answer the Business is run by Shaik Arif Hussain, in India. It is built for businesses: by buying, you confirm you are buying for a business, not as a private consumer.

What this service does

Answer the Business asks AI assistants the questions your customers ask, and records whether they named your business, who they named instead, and which websites they cited. It turns that into a score and a list of fixes.

What we measure, stated plainly

We ask each AI through a direct connection with its own web search turned on, not through the app a person uses. Apps personalise answers, and new features reach people at different times, so what someone sees in an app may differ from what we measure. It is close, and it is the most repeatable way to measure, but it is not identical, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.

AI answers vary from one run to the next. That is why the full report asks each question more than once and reports how many runs named you, rather than a single yes or no. Your score can move without you changing anything.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that acting on our recommendations will make an AI engine name you, raise your score, or bring you customers. We do not control any engine, and no one can guarantee an outcome inside a system they do not control. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver.

The points shown on each fix are today's answers scored again as if that one gap were already closed. It is arithmetic on answers we already hold, not a forecast.

Payment and refunds

A full report is a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record and handle applicable sales tax and VAT. Their Buyer Terms, shown at checkout, also apply to the sale.

Refunds and cancelling the monthly plan are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Audit businesses you own or are authorised to act for. Do not attempt to circumvent the rate limits on the free scan, resell access, or use the service to build a competing dataset. Automated access is not permitted without written agreement.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or to run up cost. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for business decisions taken on the basis of a report.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India. This does not remove any right the law of your own country gives you that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
